MySNTech is a digital agency operating in Australia and France, with registered offices in Adelaide, Australia and Lyon, France. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws including the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent legislation.

When you use our website or contact us, we may collect the following personal data:

  • Identity data , your name and business name
  • Contact data , email address and phone number
  • Project data , information about your project submitted via our quote form
  • Technical data , IP address, browser type, approximate country (used for currency display only, not stored)

We do not collect payment card details directly.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data solely for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your quote or enquiry
  • To communicate about your project
  • To send project updates and invoices
  • To display prices in your local currency (IP-based, not stored)

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use two categories of cookies:

  • Essential: a single cookie/local storage entry that remembers your cookie preference. Set automatically and does not require consent.
  • Analytics & advertising: Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel, used to understand site traffic and measure the performance of our ads. These only load if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

Server-side conversion measurement. If you accept analytics cookies and then submit the quote form, we also send a copy of that single conversion event to Meta directly from our server (the Meta Conversions API), so the measurement is not lost when a browser extension blocks the pixel. Your email address, phone number and first name are irreversibly hashed with SHA-256 before they leave our server, Meta never receives them in readable form. Both copies share an identifier so they are counted as one event. Nothing is sent if you decline cookies.

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Declining does not restrict your access to the site. See Google's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy for how they process data.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:

  • Resend: transactional email delivery (form data forwarded to our inbox)
  • Vercel: website hosting and form processing
  • Google Fonts: font loading (standard Google privacy policy applies)
  • ipapi.co: country detection for currency display (no personal data stored)
  • Google Analytics (GA4): site traffic analytics, only with your consent
  • Meta Pixel: advertising performance measurement, only with your consent
  • Meta Conversions API: server-side measurement of quote-form conversions, using hashed data only, only with your consent

6. Data Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact. Project-related data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access the data we hold about you
  • Right to correct inaccurate data
  • Right to request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time

8. International Transfers

MySNTech operates across Australia and France. Data may be processed in either country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfers, in accordance with GDPR requirements for transfers outside the EEA.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Our website is served over HTTPS and form data is transmitted securely.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
