Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of MySNTech's website and services. By submitting an enquiry, signing a proposal or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. MySNTech operates in Australia, France, Morocco and Switzerland, with offices in Adelaide, Australia and Lyon, France.

The exact scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal or project brief agreed upon before work begins.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All prices displayed on our website are indicative estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal after a discovery call. Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience — all invoices are issued in the agreed currency stated in your proposal.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

All projects follow a structured process: Discovery → Strategy → Design → Build → Launch → Support. At each stage, client approval is required before proceeding. Delays caused by late feedback or unavailability on the client's side may extend delivery timelines.

5. Revisions

Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable unless otherwise stated in the proposal. Additional revision rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate. A revision is defined as minor adjustments to an approved design — not a change of direction or new requirements.

These are estimates only. MySNTech is not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or late content delivery from the client.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final delivered website and its custom design. MySNTech retains the right to:

Work-in-progress assets remain the property of MySNTech until full payment is received.

9. Hosting, Domain & Third-Party Services

Website design and development fees do not include hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates or third-party platform subscriptions (e.g. Shopify monthly fees, plugin licences). These are the client's responsibility and are quoted separately where applicable.

MySNTech's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages including loss of revenue, data or business opportunities.

We are not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party platforms (hosting providers, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project for a period of 2 years.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia (for clients based in Australia, Morocco and Switzerland) and the laws of France (for clients based in France and the European Union). Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

MySNTech reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
