Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of MySNTech's website and services. By submitting an enquiry, signing a proposal or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. MySNTech operates in Australia, France, Morocco and Switzerland, with offices in Adelaide, Australia and Lyon, France.

1. Services

MySNTech provides digital services including but not limited to:

Website design and development
E-commerce store setup (Shopify, WooCommerce)
Search engine optimisation (SEO)
Automation workflows and integrations
AI-assisted tools and chatbots
Ongoing maintenance and support plans

The exact scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal or project brief agreed upon before work begins.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All prices displayed on our website are indicative estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal after a discovery call. Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience — all invoices are issued in the agreed currency stated in your proposal.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Payment Terms

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is required before work begins.
Final payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to handover of files or go-live.
Monthly plans: Billed monthly in advance. Cancellable with 30 days written notice.
Late payments: Invoices unpaid after 14 days may result in work being paused.

4. Project Process

All projects follow a structured process: Discovery → Strategy → Design → Build → Launch → Support. At each stage, client approval is required before proceeding. Delays caused by late feedback or unavailability on the client's side may extend delivery timelines.

5. Revisions

Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable unless otherwise stated in the proposal. Additional revision rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate. A revision is defined as minor adjustments to an approved design — not a change of direction or new requirements.

6. Delivery Timelines

Indicative delivery times (from deposit receipt and receipt of all required content):

Starter Website: 2–5 business days
Business Website: 5–10 business days
Premium System: 1–4 weeks

These are estimates only. MySNTech is not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or late content delivery from the client.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

Provide all required content (text, images, logos) within 5 business days of project kickoff
Provide timely feedback within agreed review periods
Maintain access to required accounts (hosting, domain, third-party platforms)

8. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final delivered website and its custom design. MySNTech retains the right to:

Display the completed project in our portfolio
Use open-source frameworks, libraries and third-party tools subject to their respective licences

Work-in-progress assets remain the property of MySNTech until full payment is received.

9. Hosting, Domain & Third-Party Services

Website design and development fees do not include hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates or third-party platform subscriptions (e.g. Shopify monthly fees, plugin licences). These are the client's responsibility and are quoted separately where applicable.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation before work begins: full deposit refund minus any administrative costs.
Cancellation after work has begun: the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced proportionally.
Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.

11. Limitation of Liability

MySNTech's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages including loss of revenue, data or business opportunities.

We are not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party platforms (hosting providers, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project for a period of 2 years.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia (for clients based in Australia, Morocco and Switzerland) and the laws of France (for clients based in France and the European Union). Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

MySNTech reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
